Make your own juicekur
A juicekur will usually consist of only liquid diet, primarily vegetable juices, which can be a bit of an ordeal when you are used to ingest solid foods several times a day.
It is particularly willpower that comes to the test, if one indulges in a juicekur.
The juice cure, can vary from typically 1 to 3 or 7 days depending on the needs and willpower.
It’s really quite simple to be on a juicekur if you have once bought a juicer. Then you can either follow different recipes or try out. A good rule of thumb is that it should be primarily vegetable juicer so that they consist of, for example, cabbage, spinach, tomato, cucumber, broccoli or similar. This is because there is much fructose in fruit, and thus will not have the same effect.
So it’s just to get traded a lot of vegetables in, prepare them and run them through the juice machine.
Some choose to drink a protein shake a day to recoup its protein needs and reduce hunger, you may well experience during a juicekur.
In addition, it is of course important to remember to drink water, juice cure, so you do not become dehydrated.
